Qualitative: In contrast to quantitative research looks at the actual content of a post, the language used the tone it is written in the choice of words used can offer a significant insight into the user. Subsequently it will also look at the response the engagement metrics from the end user, the viewer and can assess the response the post receives by analysing the reaction in comments if they are just one emoji response of if the post has sparked conversation between users in the comments, this data helps the user or the researcher know what subjects and or post type can increase interactions and inturn rank thier posts higher to be seen by more.
